Prepme.in (operated by Prepcom Infotech Private Limited) provides subscription-based digital learning services via its web and mobile platforms. This Cancellation Policy explains how users may cancel their subscriptions and what terms apply.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their active Prepme subscriptions at any time by:

• Visiting the Account Settings section within the Prepme app or website, or
• Sending an email to prepcomofficial@gmail.com using the registered email address along with payment details.

2. Effective Date of Cancellation

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to premium features until that date. After the cycle ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan or be deactivated, depending on your subscription type.

3. Auto-Renewal

All Prepme subscriptions auto-renew by default. To prevent renewal, you must cancel your plan before the renewal date. Once renewed, payments are considered final and non-refundable.

4. Refunds Post-Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
