Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for payments made via Prepme.in, owned and operated by Prepcom Infotech Private Limited.
1. General Policy
All payments for subscriptions, premium content, or digital educational services are non-refundable once access has been granted or the subscription period has started.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental payment for the same account.
- Technical issues causing failure to activate the purchased plan within 48 hours of successful payment.
Valid proof of payment and transaction details must be provided.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please email prepcomofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7โ10 business days. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (including Razorpay).
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Partial or prorated subscription periods.
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction after using the service.
- Requests made after plan renewal.
